Making Chocolate Curls
These can be made by simply
running a vegetable peeler down the side of a bar of chocolate.
The chocolate should not be too cold (to brittle) or too
hot (the curls will not form properly) and should be around
or just above room temperature. Slowly run the peeler along
the chocolate bar and allow the curls to form and then fall
onto a plate. You will need to be careful when handling
and placing them as they are quite fragile.
