This website is a resource dedicated to everything chocolate, with information about the history of chocolate, our very popular chocolate recipes that you can also contribute to and general information about the different types of chocolate available.

For about 2000 years human beings have been refining the pods of the cacao tree and today you can enjoy a wonderful variety of dark, milk and white chocolates, with many different flavourings and styles that are often typified by nationality such as the milk chocolates from Switzerland, praline chocolates from Belium or drinking chocolate from the Atzecs and Mayas.

Hopefully this website will help you to find a suitable chocolate recipe for a dessert, special occasion or treat and can also offer you an insight into the different types of chocolate available, how they are produced and what they work well with.
