Very Easy & Tasty Truffles

How to make Very Easy & Tasty Truffles:

Quantity

Ingredients
10 digestive biscuits, crushed
55g (2oz) butter
1 can condensed milk
4 dessertspoons desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa
few drops vanilla essence
 


Method
Melt butter and add to crushed biscuits. Add condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla. Add 4 dessert spoons of coconut (or more if needed) and mix well. Leave to set in fridge for approx 30 mins, then roll into balls and to decorate roll in coconut, vermicelli, cocoa, etc. Leave to set for approx 2 hours.
