How to make Rich Chocolate Truffle Tart:

Ingredients |

double whipping cream |
| 3 table spoons |

quality digestive biscuits |
| 1 large bar |
plain chocolate |

Method
Crush digestives in a bowl and add melted butter, then put the mixture into a greased tin or a lined tin and press it all down to form a firm base. Whip the cream with electric whisk (takes forever by hand!) untill thick, then melt chocolate and fold into the cream. add cream and choc mix to the base in the tin and cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Top the tart with anything you wish eg, choc flakes, drizzle cream,choc sauce etc.....enjoy
