How to make TiaMaria Truffles:

butter |
| 100g |
cooking chocolate |
| 1 cup [approximately] |
icing sugar |
| 1 tablespoon |
rum/tiaMaria |
| 1 teaspoon |
cocoa |

Method
Put butter and chocolate into saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until butter and chocolate have melted. Add 1/2 icing sugar. Stir until mixture is thick enough to handle. Stir in rum/tiamaria and cocoa. Add enough of the remaining icing sugar to make a stiff mixture. Measure tablespoonful of the mixture and shape into small balls. Chill until firm and enjoy!
TiaMaria Truffles are especially nice at Christmas time. Makes about 15.
