How to make Quick Brandy Truffles:

jamaican ginger cake |
| 1/2 bar |
good cooking chocolate |
| 1 |
miniature bottle of brandy |

choc sprinkles and cocoa powder |
| |
icing sugar |
| |
small sweet paper cases |

Method
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Crumble the cake in a large bowl and add the melted chocolate and brandy to a stiff dough. Leave in fridge until cool. Using icing sugar form small balls of dough and roll the balls in the sprinkles or the cocoa powder and place in the cases, keep in an airtight container .....enjoy!!!
