How to make Kahlua Mints:

dark chocolate |

Kahlua/liqueur of your taste |

mint leaves or mint flavouring |

icing sugar |

butter |

Method
1) crush mint leaves finely, mix with butter and icing sugar until paste, freeze until firm. 2) double boil dark chocolate, temper, mix in Kahlua to form soft dough, make small hole and fill with mint paste. Cool in fridge until firm and serve. Go with own or different taste if mint is too strong.
For extra chocolate - dip balls into chocolate mixture. Can even coat with nuts of your choice.
