Brandy Truffles

How to make Brandy Truffles:

Quantity
Ingredients
1 large bar galaxy chocolate
250ml lightly whiped whipping cream
1 cap ful brandy


Method
Melt chocolate, take of heat and add cream and brandymix, put in fridge and leave to set over night. When set scoop out some of the chocolate mixture and roll into a ball, roll the ball into some co co powlder, put once more in fridge and enjoy!

For decoration put the truffles into some small bun cases.
