Brandy Truffles

Method
Melt chocolate, take off heat and add cream and brandy mix, put in fridge and leave to set over night. When set, scoop out some of the chocolate mixture and roll into a ball, roll the ball into some cocoa powder, put once more in fridge and enjoy!

For decoration put the truffles into some small bun cases.
