Method
1. For sauce - slowly melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream and put to the side.
3. Slice of the bottom of the muffin about 1½ cm up and place at the bottom of the glass.
4. Then slice the remainder of the muffins into soldiers and place around the glass.
5. Scoop the ice cream into the the middle of the muffin "cup".
6. Pour the chocolate sauce over the sundea, spinkle on the brasil nuts and flaked chocolate and serve.
