Method
Place the chocolate and a little of the water
in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring frequently,
until the chocolate is melted. Add the remainder of
the water and the sugar. Mix well and bring to the
boil. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the liqueur to the finished orange chocolate sauce.
