Method
First melt the butter and chocolate in the same dish over a pot of simmering water, once smooth turn on the stove again and leave to melt for 5 minutes. Now add some of the cream and stir in, when stirred add more cream and repeat until all cream is mixed in. Leave it to cool before serving.
It is great served with chocolate fudge cake.
