Method
Preheat oven gas mark 6. Line 11 holes of 1 or 2 muffin trays with paper muffin cases. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl, add the plain and white chocolate chips and stir. Place eggs, soured cream, sugar and butter into a separate bowl and mix. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined. Using 2 forks, divide the mixture between paper cases and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until well risen and firm to the touch.
Serve either hot or cold.
