Method
Heat the oven to 190C - Fan 170C, gas 5. Heat the butter and chocolate with the milk until melted, stir and then leave to cool down. Mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda and both sugars. Beat the egg seperately in another bowl and then stir in the soured cream then pour this into the flour mix and stir to combine. Add the chocolate mixture. Then spoon into paper cases and cook for about 20 mins until well risen. leave to cool for a few mins. Then comes the icing, with the dark melted chocolate pour onto the tops of the muffins and then add the grated white chocolate on top!
