Banana and Choc Chip Muffins

How to make Banana and Choc Chip Muffins:
Quantity Ingredients
125g (4.5oz)

butter

125g (4.5oz) caster sugar
200g (7oz) self raising flour
175g (6oz) milk chocolate chips
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 


Method
Sift flour ,baking powder, and cinamon into a large bowl. Cream butter and sugar together then add you eggs and vanilla extract. Fold the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture then fold in then bananas and chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 mins in an oven preheated at 200 degrees.

Best eaten when warm whilst chocolate is melting or with ice-cream
