Method
Melt chocolate in bowl over hot water. Puree tofu and add syrup and vanilla. Slowly add melted chocolate, process until smooth. Chill to set and serve.
Can use chocolate with flavour eg. orange chocolate. Can decorate with icing sugar, fruit or nuts, and can use dairy free chocolate if needed.
