Method
Boil water in a saucepan on the stove and leave it boiling, chop chocolate into small pieces and put in separate bowl. Put chocolate bowl over the saucepan and leave to melt. Once melted take off the stove and add creme fraiche to mixture and whisk with hand whisk until combined. Next whip double cream with icing sugar (if you want to make it sweeter) with an electric whisk until it forms peaks. Fold mixture into the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. Serve in small bowls or large. Refrigerate if you want to save it for later. Makes 2 servings.
