Method
1. Chop up the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Heat a pan of water so it is simmering and place the bowl on top of it. Stir well until the chocolate starts to melt then add in the chilli flakes and the cinnamon. Remove the pan from the heat and then keep stirring the mixture until all the chocolate has melted completely and has gone nice and smooth. Set aside to cool for ten minutes. 2. Grind up the cashew nuts and separate the eggs. In a bowl add the egg yolks and honey and beat until the mixture is creamy and pale in colour. Now stir in the cooled chocolate and the ground nuts. 3. Beat the egg whites until they start to form peaks, the peaks should be soft. Now take your chocolate mixture and gently fold the egg whites into it. 4. Spoon your mixture into ramekins and cover. Place in the fridge overnight to chill. 5. To serve sprinkle the top of the pots with the whole cashew nuts and dust some plates with a little cocoa powder.
