Method
Melt marshmallows over a low heat, adding the water at the same time to help them melt. Melt the chocolate and add to the dissolved marshmallows. Stir well. FOLD in the cream, and make sure it is thoroughly mixed and folded. Pour into a large bowl, or small glasses, add fruit to decorate and refrigerate until stiff.
