How to make Milk Chocolate Icing:

margarine |
| 1x15ml spoon |
cocoa powder |
| 250g |
icing sugar |
| 3x15ml spoon |
hot milk |
| 1x5ml spoon |
vanilla essence |

Method
Melt margarine, blending in cocoa, then stir in icing sugar, milk and essence. Beat until smooth and thick.
