Chocolate American Fudge Icing

How to make Chocolate American Fudge Icing:

Quantity

Ingredients
2oz (60g) butter
4oz (120g) dark chocolate
6oz (175g) icing sugar
1 egg


Method
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl.
2. Remove from the heat and beat in the egg.
3. Gradually sift in the icing sugar, stirring regularly.
4. Leave to cool slightly and add to your favorite chocolate cake.

If the icing gets too cool, and goes hard just place it in the microwave for a few seconds, remove and stir and it should become a spreadable consistency
