Method
You will need an ice-lolly mould and wooden ice-lolly sticks or 1/4 of a straw.
1. Heat the milk chocolate on the hob for 10 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
2. Heat the plain chocolate on the hob for 10 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
3. Heat the white chocolate on the hob for 10 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
4. First pour the plain chocolate into the ice-lolly mould, and then the milk chocolate, and last the white chocolate. Put the wooden ice-lolly stick or straw in the melted chocolate BUT DO NOT STIR.
5. Check on the ice-lollies every 25 minutes or so until frozen solid.
