Method
Place the ice cream maker into the freezer for 12-24 hours for this to work. Take out the ice cream maker and peel the skin off the mangoes. Chop the mango into chunks or slices. Place the mangoes in the ice cream maker and add around 2 glasses full of milk (you can add more or less milk depending how creamy you want the ice cream), start the ice cream maker and this will take a couple of hours. After 2 hours check how the ice cream is doing and if its too milky add a bit more mangoes until you think its right add half first then come back after half an hour and also add the sugar. While you are waiting cut the fruits (but make sure all the skin is taken off), the ideal fruit is strawberries. Chop the fruits however you want and place them at the bottom off the ice cream glass but save a couple of strawberries for later. Then break chocolate into chunks and melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2-3 mins (TIP: ADD SOME OIL TO THE CHOCOLATE TO MAKE IT RUNNY). When the ice cream is done put some on top of the fruit in the glass and add a small layer of the melted chocolate, add some more ice cream and top with chocolate again, add some strawberries and you could also add some cream. Then serve. ENJOY !
