Method
Break-up chocolate and place in a small saucepan.
Add
one cup of the milk and gently heat to melt chocolate,
stirring constantly. When the chocolate has melted,
bring up
the heat to medium and add the remainder of
the milk and
whisk rapidly. Do not allow to boil.
Serve the real hot chocolate in small cups with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
