Method
Pour milk into mug (or pan if doing on hob), add in two heaped teaspoons of cocoa powder, do not stir. Add a pinch of lavender buds. Microwave (or heat on hob) for two minutes. Once hot, you can stir in the powder, most of it will have dispersed anyway.
You can eat the lavender, though it is strong, so I advise you test how much you, personally, can tolerate. Perfect for those of you who find it hard to sleep - not only is it yummy, but the lavender will lull you into a peaceful sleep. Very calming. Enjoy!
