Cocoa Surprise

How to make Cocoa Surprise:

Quantity
Ingredients
25g (1oz) cocoa
50g (1.75oz) caster sugar
10 tablespoons milk


Method
Put the milk in a jug then mix in cocoa and sugar. Put the liquid then into a saucepan and keep stirring until it is the temperature you want it to be.

Serves 4.
