The Best Hot Chocolate in the World

How to make the Best Hot Chocolate in the World:

Quantity

Ingredients
70g (2.5oz) dark chocolate broken up
300 mls milk
quarter teaspoon chilli powder


Method
Heat milk and pour about a quarter onto the chocolate and chilli powder. Leave to soften and melt. Re-heat rest of the milk and pour onto the choc mix whisking vigorously.

Top with whipped cream and mint leaves if desired.
