Strawberry Cocoa

How to make Strawberry Cocoa:

Quantity

Ingredients
2 tins condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon plain flour
600g double cream
300g whole strawberries (save about 5 for decoration)
500g milk or dark chocolate


Method
Blend the condensed milk, butter and plain flour until mixture firms up. Place the mixture in a pan and place it in medium heat, keep stirring until mixture turns into a thicker consistency. Turn off heat; mix in 300g of double cream. Place the mixture into a medium serving tray. Cut the strawberries in half and arrange them on top of the mixture inside the tray. Melt the chocolate in bain marie (glass bowl in pan of hot water), add the remaining double cream and mix well. Leave to cool and pour over strawberries. Refrigerate for two hours. Before serving decorate with the remaining strawberries.
