How to make Fruity Surprise:

luxury vanilla ice cream

dark chocolate grated
(per person) |
| 100g (3.5oz) |
milk chocolate melted (per person) |

Method
Pile scoops of ice cream and some mini marshmallows in the centre of a desert dish, cover them with the chopped fruit, drip the melted milk chocolate over the fruit in a swirl pattern and shake over the grated dark chocolate.
You may like to use squirty cream around the base of the dessert to give a mountain coming out of a cloud effect.
