Fruity Surprise

How to make fruity surprise:

Quantity

Ingredients
- chopped strawaberries
- melon
- grapes
- mini marshmellows
200g (7oz) luxury vanilla ice cream (per person)
200g (7oz) dark chocolate grated (per person)
100g (3.5oz) milk chocolate melted (per person)


Method
Pile scoops of ice cream and some mini marshmellows in the centre of a desert dish, cover them with the chopped fruit, drip the melted milk chocolate over the fruit in a swirl pattern and shake over the grated dark chocolate.

You may like to use squirty cream around the base of the dessert to give a mountain coming out of a cloud effect.
