Method
Slit banana lengthwise on inside curved area, be careful not to penetrate all the way, only deep to the inside of the peel. Push apart the sliced halves to make an opening, (this forms a sort of pouch, lengthwise.) Place into the pouch pieces of marshmallow or small marshmallows. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Place dark (your choice) chocolate chips on top. Place the full banana on a double sheet of tin foil, wrap the banana pouch from the bottom up and crimp the top to keep in heat. Place in hot grilling area (BBQ, fireplace, outdoor fire pit on coals etc.) depending on heat, leave in hot area until the chocolate has melted into the marshmallows and the banana is cooked and soft, to your needs.
Take out of hot area carefully and open up carefully. Let the package cool down to a safe temperature for your mouth and lips and surprise yourself with the wonderful taste.
