How to make Chocolate

Plain chocolate |
| 100g (3.5oz) |
White chocolate |

Method
Firstly melt the plain and white chocolate over bowls of boiling water. Whilst the chocolate is melting peel the carrots. When both chocolates are melted dip one half of a carrot in the white chocolate and the other half in the plain chocolate. Then put on a plate. Do that to all the following carrots. Finally put them in the fridge for 3 hours until the chocolate is hard.
