How to make choco strawberries:

Large Organic Strawberries |
| 2 bars |
Green and blacks dark chocolate |
| 100ml |
Double pouring cream |

Vanilla pod |
| 1 tablespoon |
Syrup |

Method
Melt both bars of chocolate, stirring at all times. When melted add 100ml of pouring cream, syrup and vanilla pod keep over the heat and mix until light and creamy. Remove the vanilla pod and dice the strawberries and add them to the chocolate mxture.
For best results serve warm with a dolop of cream.
