How to make Choc
Cherries:

Ingredients |
| 2 squares
per bunch of cherries |
Dark (organic
if possible) chocolate |

Fresh, rosy cherries |

Method
Wash the cherries and cut each one of the
bunch at the end of the stem. Then melt the chocolate
in a clean bowl over a pan of boiling water... stirring
often. Try not to eat to much of it while melting
but feel free to lick the spoon! Dip each cherry into the melted chocolate and refrigerate.
