Method
Macerate strawberries in the white rum overnight in the fridge. Melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water, leave to cool for a while, then dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place into fluted casing to set, making sure you have equal numbers of each type of chocolate. Place set pieces into a small wicker basket wrap with red cellophane and tie with a red ribbon.
