Method
1. Place equal amounts of compote in the bottom of 4 small ramekins. 2. Melt the chocolate. 3. Stir in the yoghurts. 4. Pour equal amounts on top of the berries. 5. Finish with a mint leaf and chocolate curls. Leave to set in the fridge for 10 mins.

This is a very quick and simple, but impressive, dessert. A great store cupboard standby!
