Method
Set aside summer fruits to thaw. In a large bowl break up the chocolate muffins and place half in the bottom, make up jelly mixture, add summer fruits pour over the muffins and allow to set. Once set, place the remainder of the muffins on top of the jelly and pour over chocolate custard. Whip the cream and add a dash of cherry brandy, spread over the top of the custard and then decorate with summer fruits and grated dark chocolate.
