How to make Muddy Mango Meringue Mess:

ripe mangoes |

sliced mango |

crème fraiche |

dark chocolate, melted |
| 100g |
milk chocolate, grated |
| 1 |
orange |
| ½ tin |
condensed milk ( for die hard sugar fans use whole tin!) |
| 500g |
crushed meringues (shop bought works fine!) |

Method
1. You will need 6 short drinking glasses or wine glasses.
2. Fill each glass for a layer of crushed meringue about 3cm high.
3. Grate the zest of the orange and keep aside.
4. Squeeze the juice of the orange and in a bowl, combine it with the crème fraiche, condensed milk and melted chocolate, make sure the chocolate is slightly cool or else the mixture will harden and form lumps.
5. Spoon the smooth chocolate cream mixture on top of the meringue layer in the glasses, about 3cm high.
6. Add another layer of meringue.
7. Slice the mango into rough cubes, mix in a bowl adding the orange zest.
8. Place layers of this fruit mixture in each glass.
9. Add a layer of meringue.
10. Finally add more chocolate cream and decorate each glass with grated milk chocolate and any left over meringue.
