How to make Microwave Chocolate Sauce Pudding:

| 85g (3oz) |
self raising flour |
| 2 tbsp |
cocoa |
| 1.5 tsp |
instant coffee |
| 115g (4oz) |
butter or margarine |
| 115g (4oz) |
sugar |

eggs |
| 1-2 tbsp |
milk |
| For the Sauce: |

| 1 tbsp |
cocoa |
| 115g (4oz) |
soft brown sugar |
| 1/2 pint |
hot water |

Method
Sift together the flour, cocoa and coffee. In another bowl mix together the butter and sugar then gradually beat in the eggs adding a little of the flour mixture with each egg. Fold in remaining flour mixture with enough milk to make a fairly soft batter. Spoon into a well greased microwaveable dish. Mix together all the sauce ingredients and stir until all the sugar is dissolved then pour the sauce over the batter. Microwave on full power for about 9 minutes.
