How to make Magic Chocolate Puddle Pudding:

Method
(Lightly grease a deep glass dish and heat oven to 180c). Cream 100g sugar and margarine. Add 150g of SR flour, the cocoa powder and baking powder. Over a pan of warm water in a glass dish melt the 75g of dark chocolate, add the 1/2 pint of warm milk and vanilla essence. Stir until well mixed. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until smooth.
Stage 2 - the top. In a jug add a small amount of boiling water to the cocoa and sugar and make a paste, add the rest of boiling water and stir away any lumps. Pour mixture 1 into the glass dish and pour the hot mixture 2 over the top DO NOT MIX!!
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
