Method
Crush the biscuits into small pieces in a bag, l usually hit gently with a rolling pin, empty into a bowl then add approx 100grms of melted butter/margarine. Mix together coating all the biscuit, empty this into a 10" inch round dish pressing down the biscuit until the base is neatly covered and put into the fridge whilst preparing the rest. Into a mixing bowl add the whole tin of condensed milk, 300ml of double cream, the grated rind of 5 limes, and the juice of 5 limes and whisk until thick and creamy. Empty this on top of the crushed biscuit and spread out evenly. Pop it back into the fridge whilst preparing the chocolate. Into a jug break up 50grm of chocolate and blast in the microwave until melted approx 60 sec. Get the tart out of the fridge. Once melted get a small teaspoon and dip into the chocolate and quickly with the run of the chocolate running back and forth across the top of the tart without touching it let the chocolate form lines doing this in both directions put back in the fridge to get nice and cold usually ready after 4 hours.
Can be kept in fridge up to 5 days.
