Whip the cream with icing sugar until soft peaks are formed. Melt the chocolate and milk together and stir until smooth. Cool the sauce. Then melt the gelatin with 1 tsp water and cool. Add to the cream. Slowly add the chocolate mix. In a tall glass, coat the sides with chocolate sauce. Then pour 1/2 of chocolate mix and chill in fridge until set. Then add the chopped fruits keeping a few pieces aside. Add some nuts and cornflakes. Make a second layer of chocolate mix. Then repeat with fruits and nuts. Melt the jam and pour over the top. Decorate with grated chocolate and chill until set. Serve cold.
