Method
Melt chocolate in a bowl over saucepan, remove and stir when melted. Add the marscapone, cream, cognac/tia maria and vanilla and mix. The hot chocolate will melt the marscapone, divide the mixture into small glasses approx 1/4 pint, I find it looks lovely in sherry type glasses, put in fridge and chill for approx 20 - 30 minutes.
Decorate with a dollop of creme fraiche or double cream and chocolate shavings and relax and savour the rich chocolaty yumminess.
