Chocolate Rice Pudding

How to make Chocolate Rice Pudding:

Quantities for Base

Ingredients
45g
short grain rice
50g sugar
1pt milk
75g plain chocolate


Method
Pre-heat oven to gas mark 2 or 160 degrees. Into a 1pt pie dish put the rice and sugar. Warm the milk and add the chocolate, stirring until melted. Pour mixture over the rice and sugar. Bake in the centre of the oven for 2 and a half hours.

A pleasing alternative to ordinary rice pudding and a great way of getting calcium into fussy kids!
