No baking required! Crush the digestives into a bowl and simply add all the ingredients and bind together with the melted chocolate, place into a lightly greased cake tin and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve - bring out of fridge 15 minutes early, for ease of cutting. Very rich and moorish!!
