How to make Chocolate Microwave Pudding with Chocolate Chunks:

half a teaspoon |

cooking chocolate |

Method
Cream butter and sugar together, then put cocoa and baking powder with flour. Beat egg then put milk with the egg and add this and the flour mix to the sugar and butter, small amount at a time until all is mixed together. Then transfer the mix to microwave dish pudding size 1 pint. Push chocolate chunks into mix. Cover dish with cling film and prick with fork to let steam out. Cook in microwave for 3 mins on full power serve hot with custard or ice-cream.
