Chocolate Microwave Pudding with Chocolate Chunks

How to make Chocolate Microwave Pudding with Chocolate Chunks:

Quantities

Ingredients
55g (2oz) butter
50g (1.75oz) white caster sugar
60g (2oz) self rising flour
1 egg beaten
30ml milk
2 teaspoons cocoa
half a teaspoon baking powder
5 chunks cooking chocolate
 


Method
Cream butter and sugar together, then put coco and baking powder with flour, beat egg, the put milk with the egg, add this and the flour mix to the sugar and butter small amount at a time till all is mixed together then transfer mix to microwave dish pudding size 1 pint. Push chocolate chunks in to mix. cover dish with cling film and prick with fork to let steam out. Cook in microwave for 3 mins on full power serve hot with custard or ice-cream
