How to make Chocolate and Lime Pie:

lime jelly |
| 300ml |
boiling water |
| 75g (2.6oz) |
unsalted butter |
| 25g (0.9oz) |
white choc |

Method
Melt butter in small saucepan and stir in crushed biscults..press into a tin and chill in fridge 20 mins. Mix the choc and cream and cooled jelly. Pour on the mixture onto the biscult base and return to the fridge1-2 hourd or untill set. Drizze the melted chocalate over the surface to decorate.
