| How to make Chocolate Lava:
||Eggs (Weight should be around 55- 60g (2oz) each)
1) Melt the dark chocolate and butter on double boiler.
2) Add eggs, one by one and icing sugar and Rum,
mix well by whisk.
3) Fold in refined flour into the mixture.
4) Pour it into muffins mould which should be lined
with paper cups.
5) Bake at 190 to 200 degree C. for 5 to 10 Mins.
