How to make Chocolate Chili Fondue:

medium fresh red chili - very finely chopped (or use 1/2 tsp of chili powder) |

quality dark chocolate |
150 ml |
Double Cream |
3 tbsp |
Drambuie (or Dark Rum or Amerretto) |

Marshmallows/Fruit/biscotti for dipping |

Method
Heat the cream until it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add in the chocolate, chili and Drambuie.
Place fondue mix in a warm bowl and serve surrounded by the items to be dipped. To make it look extra fancy, keep a little cream aside to swirl through the mix just before you serve it.
