How to make chocolate bavarian slice:

| 100g (3.5oz) |
Pack of white marshmallows |
| Third of a cup |
Milk |
| 125g (4.5oz) |
Cooking chocolate |
| 1 tablespoon |
Rum |
| 3 teaspoons |
Gelatin |
| 1 tablespoon |
Hot water |
| 1½ cups |
Cream, whipped |
| 30g (1oz) |
Chocolate (extra) |
| 15g (0.5oz) |
White vegetable shortening (extra) |

Method
Prepare crumb crust - melt butter and add biscuit crumbs. Line a 18 x 28cm lamington tin with aluminium foil and press in crumb crust.
Filling: Put marshmallows, milk and chopped chocolate in top of double saucepan over hot water. Stir until marshmallows are melted, add rum, cool. Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, stir to dissolve and add to marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream and pour mixture over crumb crust base. Chill.
