Beat the butter until soft. Add 1lb icing sugar and cocoa to taste plus the milk/water and continue beating until soft and fluffy. Next step, add the Cointreau to the orange juice. Dip a biscuit into the orange mixture then butter with the whipped cream. Continue until you have a row of biscuits resembling a log. Cover entire log with chocolate butter cream mix and sprinkle with flake bar/grated chocolate.
Instead of grating chocolate you could melt the chocolate then pour it onto a flat surface and spread with in knife until all the same level. When it has cooled and set, using a sharp knife carefully scrap small sections off to create chocolate curls and you can opt out of the alcohol if needed.
