Rum Truffles

How to make Rum Truffles:

Quantity

Ingredients
24
chocolate fairy buns
2 tablespoons raspberry jam seedless
good dash of rum essence
- melted chocolate bar
- 100's and 1000's or chocolate bits


Method
Crumb the buns to a fine consistency. Add the rum essence and jam. Mix to a smooth paste. Roll the mixture into approx 20 balls and roll in hand until round. Dip into melted chocolate and roll immediately in chocolate bits. Allow to cool. Enjoy.

These get better with age, after about a week has passed they really taste rich.
